目的 横断面调查中国长沙地区女性多骨骼部位骨密度 (BMD)随年龄的变化 ,建立诊断骨质疏松症 (OP)参考数据库。方法 用DXAQDR 4 5 0 0A型扇形束骨密度仪测量 2 70 2例 5~ 96岁女性腰椎前后位 (AP)和仰卧侧位、髋部及前臂 38个不同区域的BMD。结果 按每 5岁年龄分组分析的结果显示 ,38个不同骨骼区域的峰值BMD分别出现在 2 0~ 2 4岁至 4 0~ 4 4岁之间 ,其中髋部(股骨颈除外 )最早 (2 0~ 2 4岁 ) ,前臂 (超远端除外 )最晚 (40~ 4 4岁 )。结论 不同骨骼区域峰值BMD出现的年龄各异
Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) in females with multi-skeletal components in Changsha, China with age. To establish a reference database for diagnosis of osteoporosis (OP). Methods DXAQDR 4500F was used to measure the BMD of 2 702 female patients aged 5-96 years with anterior and posterior lumbar vertebrae (AP) and supine lateral, hip and forearm in 38 different regions. Results The results of the 5-year-old age group analysis showed that the peak BMDs of 38 different skeletal regions occurred between 20 and 24 years old and 40 and 40 years old respectively, with the exception of the hip (except for the femoral neck) earliest (2 0 ~ 24 years old), forearm (super distal except) the latest (40 ~ 4 4 years old).
