一个班级,总有一些行为偏差学生。行为偏差学生,不仅学习成绩差,而且生活习惯、个人性格都有与众不同之处。对某个问题,尽管教师早就指出,并反复强调,但他仍我行我素,同样的错误不断地犯。但这并不是说,这些学生就没思想、没知觉、没反应,就“无药可救”了。其实他们的心里也有成才的欲望,也有进步的要求,也有做人的自尊,我们必须寻找有效的教育对策转化行为偏差学生,使他们健康成长。
