近年来,随着人们对工程项目各方面要求的不断提高,如何更好的控制造价就成为各个施工单位密切关注的热点问题。对业主方来说,工程造价就是指工程预期开支与实际开支的全部固定资产投资费用,将业主方应用于工程造价具有非常重要的意义,但由于受到各种各样因素的影响与制约,也存在着一定的问题,需要引起我们的高度关注与重视。鉴于此,本文拟从工程造价中业主方的意义、工程造价中业主方应用的问题以及工程造价中业主方应用的对策等几个方面来进行分析与阐述,以期加深对这一问题的认识与理解程度。
