将不育系和恢复系按不同比例混合,生产杂交小麦F1代种子。对混合制种条件下不育系的结实率和不育系、恢复系、杂种F1代的株高、抽穗期、开花期以及杂交种的产量构成的调查结果表明,不育系和恢复系按17:3比例混合,其制种结实率及混收种(包含杂交种和恢复系)的产量都明显优于对照。
The sterile lines and restorer lines were mixed in different proportions to produce hybrid F1 seed. The results of investigation on the seed setting rate of CMS lines and the composition of CMS lines, restorer lines, plant height, heading date, flowering stage and hybrids yield of hybrid F1 showed that the male sterile lines and restorer lines 17: 3 ratio, the seed setting rate and yield of hybrids (including hybrids and restorer lines) were significantly better than those of the control.
