本文介绍了新型超高温旋喷式气体射流洗井器洗井机理,并从机理出发,深入分析了井筒中两相流的流型过渡与传热过程。根据现场所测得的实验数据,研究了流态不稳定导致的井口振动在横、纵向的模态,从侧面分析了两相流体在井筒中的振荡特性,也为下一步模拟打下基础。本文借此试验从更深层次说明了两相流理论的研究对高温气体射流洗井工艺的重要意义。
In this paper, the mechanism of well flushing of the new ultra-high temperature jet jet washer was introduced. Based on the mechanism, the flow transition and heat transfer of two-phase flow in wellbore were analyzed in depth. According to the experimental data measured at the site, the horizontal and vertical modes of wellhead vibration caused by instability of flow regime are studied. The oscillation characteristics of two-phase fluid in the wellbore are analyzed from the side and the foundation for the next step simulation is laid. In this paper, this test illustrates the significance of the study of two-phase flow theory to the high-temperature gas jet flushing process from a deeper level.
