为实现煤矸井下分离,以选择性破碎筛分为原理设计出井下分选机,并对其主要工作机构——转子的模态利用ANSYS有限元软件进行了仿真研究,对螺旋分级筛利用虚拟样机技术对影响物料运动轨迹和推进速度的因素进行了分析,研究了各因素对结构设计及分选效率的影响规律,为设备的改进和优化提供了参照和依据。
In order to realize the separation of the coal gangue, the underground sorting machine was designed based on the principle of selective crushing and screening, and the simulation of the modal state of the rotor, the main work organization of the coal gangue, was carried out by ANSYS finite element software. The prototype technology analyzes the factors that affect the trajectory and propulsion speed of the material, and studies the influence of various factors on the structural design and the efficiency of the separation, which provides a reference and basis for the improvement and optimization of the equipment.
