结合洋快餐的特点，对中式餐饮企业的连锁经营现状进行了调查分析，指出了中式餐饮业连锁经营存在的主要问题。
Combined with the characteristics of foreign fast food, the status quo of the chain stores in the Chinese catering enterprises were investigated and analyzed. The main problems in the chain restaurant operation were pointed out.
