低山、丘陵区的灌溉渠道,往往与坡面径流(又称客水)交叉。集流面积较大的洪水,多修建交叉建筑物越过;小汇水面积的洪水,除开沟引入涵洞或渡槽排除外,多数则引入渠道排泄。引入渠道的洪水,若估计不足,或安排不当,暴雨时渠水将超过加大水位,甚致漫顶溃渠,危及渠道安全。本文介绍海南岛松涛水库对入渠洪水处理中存在的问题和对东干渠上段入渠洪水的复查情况,以说明小汇水面积入渠洪水调算和泄洪闸布设的重要,并期引起设计及管理部门对入渠洪水处理的重视。
Low mountain, hilly irrigation channels, often with the slope runoff (also known as customer water) cross. Floods with larger catchment areas should be crossed by more cross-buildings. Floods with small catchment areas should be drained by channels except for the introduction of culverts or aqueducts for ditching. If the floods introduced into the channels are inadequate, or improperly arranged, the drainage water in rainstorms will exceed the increase in water level, resulting in flood-prone drainage ditches that threaten the safety of the channels. This paper introduces the existing problems of Songtao Reservoir in Hainan Island and the reexamination of the inflow of floodwater in the upper reach of Donggan Canal to illustrate the importance of flood regulation and flood control layout for small catchment area and causes the design and management departments to Into floodwater treatment attention.
