在中职教学中,“研究性学习”尤为重要,中职数学教师如何开展“研究性学习”教学,如何做好教师的角色转换呢?一是从知识的传授者向学习的参与者与促进者转换;二是从理论上的权威者向心理健康的维护者转化;三是从单一学科知识的传承者激发跨学科知识渗透与整合以及终身学习的辅导员转化。
