激励机制,通常是通过采取外部诱因作用于人的内部心理情感,从而激发人的内在活力和主观能动性的一种现代管理手段,有效激励是党内保持永久性活力的关键。一个组织的激励机制,是要促进党员的自然属性、社会属性和物质属性、精神属性的全面发展,既能考虑到党员衣、食、住、行等自然物质需要,还能充分关照到人的审美、情感、道德等精神需要,让党员体会到在组织中是一个健全的人,生活充实的人,丰富多彩的人,在自己的组织中能够追求到自己的社会地位、社会责任和社会荣誉。始终顾及到党员需要的多样性和层次性,才能促进党员个人自由全面发展,切忌简单化、片面化。
