The purpose of this paper is to reduce the conflicts and misunderstandings by providing cross-cultural project management teams with strategies and ways of project communication management based on the differences in behavior and ways of thinking between oriental and western cultures, so as to improve the communication among project management in cross-cultural environments s efficiency.
