针对目前高职院校家庭经济困难学生的评定与资助体系的构建工作,首先分析了当前此项工作的开展现状,指出学生困难群体资格评定与资助过程中遇到的新问题与新挑战。其次,结合多年来学生管理工作经历,提出诸多贫困生资格评定与资助工作的创新举措。最后,为充分验证所提出创新举措的有效性,选取个别班级作为研究对象进行试点。实践表明,新举措在解决了传统贫困生资格评定与资助工作问题的同时,显著提升了同学们对于高校学生管理工作的满意度。
Aiming at the construction of the evaluation and funding system of the family economic hardship students in vocational colleges at first, this paper analyzes the current status quo of the current work and points out the new problems and new challenges encountered in the evaluation and funding of the disadvantaged groups of students. Second, combined with years of student management experience, put forward many innovative measures for the assessment and funding of poor students. Finally, in order to fully validate the validity of the proposed innovation measures, select individual classes as the research object for the pilot. Practice shows that the new measures have significantly improved the students’ satisfaction with the management of college students while solving the problems of qualification assessment and subsidy for the poor students.
