Internet information industry has developed rapidly in China in recent ten years and has been accelerating its development. In September 1987, Beijing’s Canet sent China’s first e-mail to the world. In April 1994, NCFC, a local area network composed of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other domestic research and education units, was formally connected with the international Internet, marking China’s formal entry into the Internet family.
