金庸的武侠小说自80年代起就在大陆走红,至今“高烧不退”,这很大程度上得力于它是一个具有华丽文化外衣,行走在民间文艺和流行文化间的“两栖类”文本。兼具民间文艺与流行文化双重特征的金庸武侠小说不但受到了普通读者的青睐和热捧,而且在精英文化圈也找到了志同道合的知音,一些教授还在中文系专门开设“金庸小说研究“的课程,金庸还成为了浙江大学的博士生导师。不仅如此,在一些人编选的《20世纪中国文学大师文库·小说卷》中,金庸被排在鲁迅、沈从文、巴金之后的第四位,竟在老舍、郁达夫、王蒙、张爱玲、贾平凹之前。此外,金庸小说还一再被改编为电视剧、卡通、漫画,还被制作成游戏软件。可以说金庸武侠小说的成功很大程度上
