研究了聚羧酸减水剂分子结构中几个因素,包括PEO接枝密度、侧链长短、减水剂分子量大小以及小分子单体的引入等,对新拌免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的静浆流动度、减水剂分散时间以及蒸养强度的影响。结果表明,较低的PEO接枝密度、较长的侧链、适中的链转移剂掺量以及较低的AMPS掺量将提高减水剂的减水率;较低的PEO接枝密度、较短的侧链、较高的链转移剂掺量以及较低的AMPS掺量将缩短减水剂的分散时间;较高的PEO接枝密度、较长的侧链、较低的链转移剂掺量以及更多的AMPS掺量将提高免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的蒸养强度。
Several factors in the molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, including the graft density of PEO, the length of side chain, the molecular weight of superplasticizer and the introduction of small molecule monomer, were studied. Hydrostatic fluidity, superplasticizer dispersion time and steam curing strength. The results showed that lower PEO graft density, longer side chains, moderate amount of chain transfer agent, and lower AMPS content would increase the water-reducing agent’s water-reducing rate. The lower graft density of PEO Short side chain, higher chain transfer agent content and lower AMPS dosage will shorten the dispersion time of superplasticizer; higher PEO graft density, longer side chain, lower chain transfer agent The amount of AMPS and more will increase the autoclaved strength of PHC tubular piles.
