目前,全国技校在实施劳动保障部颁布的教学计划和大纲的实践中,往往产生一些难以统一的矛盾。一方面是学生的基础较差,又一方面技校又必须针对实际情况培养出合格的毕业生,以满足企业竞争和发展的需要。如何解决这一矛盾,也就是说如何来确立检验学生的合格标准?潍坊市劳动局第一技校的“底线法”有其独到的见解和指导意义。刊出此文,请各位读者见仁见智,以期促进技工教育的深入发展。
At present, in the practice of implementing the teaching plans and syllabus promulgated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the national technical schools often have some contradictions that are difficult to unify.
