Z油田是西滨临海盆地大型凝析油气田,年产量达200万吨,约90%的产油量是通过气举采油获得。为了保障气举井的正常生产,工况测试成为了气举井生产状态判断的重要方法之一。本文结合流压、流温梯度测试法的原理和数据分析,列举了正常气举工况、多点注气、油管刺漏、管脚注气四种较常见工况的现场分析实例,可看出流压、流温梯度测试法在判断气举井工况方面具有直观、准确的优点,结合现场应用效果,该流压、流温梯度测试法对Z油田气举井正常生产起到一定的指导意义,为Z油田气举生产带来一定的经济效益。
Z Oilfield is a large-scale condensate field in the Linbin Basin of the West Coast, with an annual output of 2 million tons. About 90% of the oil production is obtained through gas lift. In order to ensure the normal production of gas lift well, the condition test has become one of the important methods for judging the production status of gas well. Combining with the principle and data analysis of flow pressure and flow temperature gradient test, this paper gives an example of on-site analysis of four common operating conditions including normal gas lift condition, multi-point gas injection, tubing leakage and foot gas injection. Outflow pressure and flow temperature gradient test have the advantages of visualization and accuracy in judging the gas well lift well conditions. Combined with the field application results, the flow pressure and temperature gradient test method can play a certain role in the normal production of gas well in Z oil field Guiding significance, bring some economic benefits for gas lift production in Z Oilfield.
