采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,合成了稳定的含氟EP(环氧树脂)改性丙烯酸酯乳液。利用正交试验法考察了复合乳化剂含量、引发剂含量、有机氟含量、EP含量、功能单体含量、交联剂含量和聚合温度等因素对单体转化率的影响,并结合胶膜吸水率和乳液黏度等指标,优选出制备该改性乳液的最优方案。结果表明:各因素对单体转化率的影响依次为聚合温度>有机氟含量>功能单体含量>EP含量>引发剂含量>复合乳化剂含量>交联剂含量,后两者是不显著性因素;制备该改性乳液的最优方案为w(复合乳化剂)=2.0%、w(引发剂)=0.65%、w(有机氟)=2%、w(EP)=4.5%、w(功能单体)=2.5%、w(交联剂)=2.5%和聚合温度70℃。
A semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method was used to synthesize a stable fluorinated EP (epoxy resin) modified acrylic emulsion. The influences of such factors as the emulsifier content, initiator content, organic fluorine content, EP content, functional monomer content, crosslinking agent content and polymerization temperature on the monomer conversion were investigated by orthogonal test. Rate and viscosity of the emulsion and other indicators, the optimal preparation of the modified emulsion preferred. The results showed that the influences of various factors on the monomer conversion were as follows: polymerization temperature> organic fluorine content> functional monomer content> EP content> initiator content> composite emulsifier content> crosslinker content, the latter two were insignificant The optimal formula for preparing the modified emulsion was w (composite emulsifier) = 2.0%, w (initiator) = 0.65%, w (organic fluorine) = 2%, w Functional monomer) = 2.5%, w (crosslinker) = 2.5% and polymerization temperature 70 ° C.
