目的:研究结直肠癌(colorectal carcinoma,CRC)患者血清中白细胞介素17(interleukin17,IL-17)和IL-6的表达,探讨IL-17和IL-6与CRC发生和发展之间的关系。方法:采用ELISA方法检测56例CRC患者和30例健康志愿者(对照组)血清IL-17和IL-6的变化,分析IL-17和IL-6与CRC患者各临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:56例CRC患者血清IL-17为96.43±21.15ng/L,IL-6为139.53±27.84ng/L,均明显高于对照组(IL-17为16.88±5.07ng/L,IL-6为39.21±7.46ng/L,P<0.01);IL-17和IL-6水平的上升与患者的性别和年龄无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的大小、远处转移、Dukes分期及病理组织学分型明显相关(P<0.01)。结论:CRC患者血清中IL-17和IL-6水平随着肿瘤的进展而明显上升,预示IL-17和IL-6直接或间接参与了CRC的发生和发展。
Objective: To study the expression of interleukin 17 (IL-17) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in sera of patients with colorectal carcinoma (CRC) and to explore the relationship between IL-17 and IL-6 and the occurrence and development of CRC . Methods: The changes of serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels in 56 CRC patients and 30 healthy volunteers (control group) were detected by ELISA. The relationship between IL-17 and IL-6 and the clinicopathological features of CRC patients was analyzed . Results: The serum level of IL-17 in 56 CRC patients was 96.43 ± 21.15ng / L and IL-6 was 139.53 ± 27.84ng / L, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (IL-17 was 16.88 ± 5.07ng / L, IL- (39.21 ± 7.46ng / L, P <0.01). The increase of IL-17 and IL-6 levels was not related to the gender and age of patients (P> 0.05), but correlated with tumor size, distant metastasis, Dukes stage and pathology Histological classification was significantly correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion: The levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in sera of CRC patients significantly increase with the progress of the tumor, indicating that IL-17 and IL-6 are directly or indirectly involved in the occurrence and development of CRC.
