根据钢丝绳的空间股绳缠绕关系,建立Frenet-Serret标架图及钢丝绳的空间矢量表达式,以右同向捻6×36WS-FC钢丝绳为例,在理想条件下通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对模型进行分析,对模型一端加载,一端拉伸,观察模型的应力及变形分布。结果表明:钢丝绳的应力呈空间螺旋状分布,且最大应力位于绳股最外层钢丝上。钢丝绳的轴向变形随拉伸载荷的增加呈阶段性线性增长。
According to the relationship between the space ropes and the winding of the ropes, the Frenet-Serret frame diagram and the space vector expression of the steel wire ropes are established. Taking the right-twisted 6 × 36WS-FC steel wire rope as an example, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS Analyze, load the model at one end, stretch at one end, and observe the stress and deformation distribution of the model. The results show that the stress of the wire rope is distributed in space and the maximum stress is located on the outermost steel wire. The axial deformation of the wire rope increases linearly with the increase of tensile load.
