本文报告应用丙硫苯咪唑、甲苯咪唑、氧苯咪唑和噻苯咪唑治疗小鼠旋毛虫感染。甲苯咪唑组和丙硫苯咪唑组成虫减少率分别为79.8%和57.5%,与对照组比较有非常显著差异,而氧苯咪唑组(43.6%)和噻苯咪唑组(21.2%)与对照组比较则无显著差异。实验结果表明甲苯咪唑和丙硫苯咪唑口服或皮下注射临床治疗旋毛虫病疗效较好;氧苯咪唑仅皮下注射对幼虫感染有效;噻苯咪唑对成虫和幼虫均未见明显效果。
This article reports the use of propylthiouracil, mebendazole, benzimidazole and thiabendazole in treatment of Trichinella spiralis infection in mice. The reduction rates of mebendazole and albendazole were 79.8% and 57.5%, respectively, which were significantly different from those of the control group, while those in the imazamil group and the thiazide group (21.2%) were not significantly different from those in the control group Significant differences. The experimental results show that mebendazole and propylthiouracil oral or subcutaneous injection of clinical treatment of trichinellosis better curative effect; oxybenazole only subcutaneous injection of larvae infection effective; thiabendazole on adults and larvae were no significant effect.
