本文对50例高危新生儿进行TcPO_2/TcPCO_2监测,并与微量血气分析比较。发现TcPO_2/TcPCO_2分别与PaO_2/PaCO_2呈显著正相关。TcPO_2略高于PaO_2,而TcPCO_2明显高于PaCO_2。24例窒息和2例红细胞增多症新生儿校正TcPO_2与PaO_2比值增高,而4例严重贫血和3例重症肺炎使用Regitine者此比值显著下降。各种疾病情况下校正TcPOC_2与PaCO_2比值与总体均数无显著差异。新生儿血压、血红蛋白和血pH值与校正TcPO_2/PaO_2比值呈显著正相关,表明低血压、贫血和酸中毒可使TcPO_2下降。
In this paper, 50 cases of high-risk neonatal TcPO_2 / TcPCO_2 monitoring, and compared with trace blood gas analysis. TcPO_2 / TcPCO_2 was found to have a significant positive correlation with PaO_2 / PaCO_2. TcPO_2 was slightly higher than that of PaO_2 and TcPCO_2 was significantly higher than that of PaCO_2. The ratio of corrected TcPO_2 to PaO_2 in newborns with asphyxia and 2 cases of polycythemia was significantly higher than that of PaCO_2, while the ratio of 4 cases with severe anemia and 3 cases with severe pneumonia using Regitine decreased significantly. There was no significant difference between the corrected TcPOC_2 and PaCO_2 values and the overall mean for various diseases. Neonatal blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood pH value and corrected TcPO_2 / PaO_2 ratio was significantly positive correlation, suggesting that hypotension, anemia and acidosis can TcPO_2 decreased.
