运用液-气射流泵为地层本身或注入的好氧驱油细菌提供氧气是最简单、有效的方法。本文阐述利用液-气射流泵的工作原理,采用4组喷嘴与喉管16种组合的射流泵,在3个不同动力液压力、多级尾压情况下观察动力液流量、吸气量等参数。发现喷嘴决定动力液流量,喉管是吸气量的主要决定因素,动力液压力是流量和吸气量的有利因素。喷嘴与喉管的适当匹配十分重要。根据实验结果及理论方程计算,以射流泵进水压力15MPa,出水压力要求大于6MPa,注水量100m3/d为例设计出射流泵参数为喷嘴直径:3mm;喉管直径:6mm;喉管长度:30mm,最大吸气量200m3/d。
Using liquid-gas jet pumps to provide oxygen to the formation itself or injected aerobic displacement bacteria is the simplest and most effective method. This paper describes the use of liquid - gas jet pump working principle, the use of four groups of nozzles and throat tube 16 kinds of jet pump in the three different dynamic hydraulic pressure, multi-stage tail pressure under the observation of the power flow, suction and other parameters . Found that the nozzle determines the flow of power fluid, the throat is the main determinant of inspiration, power hydraulic flow and inspiration is a favorable factor. The proper matching of nozzle and throat is very important. According to the experimental results and theoretical equation calculation, the jet pump parameters are designed as nozzle diameter: 3mm, diameter of throat pipe: 6mm, length of throat pipe: water inlet pressure of jet pump 15MPa, water pressure requirement of more than 6MPa, water injection volume of 100m3 / 30mm, the maximum inspiratory volume 200m3 / d.
