基于传统工业上的挖掘机灵感并结合现有工业挖掘机的抽象性。设计了一款新型迷你气动挖掘机装置,该装置创新点和优点在于有效的结合教学,巧妙运用四连杆机构传动,从抽象化转变具体化。介绍了挖掘机整体结构及自由度分析,对挖掘机末端伸缩设计计算,并且利用Solidworks软件进行三维建模。加工出来的整体效果及功能实现良好,具有广泛的应用前景。
Inspired by traditional industrial excavators combined with the abstraction of existing industrial excavators. A new Mini Air Excavator has been devised. The innovation and advantages of this device lie in the effective combination of teaching, clever use of four-bar linkage transmission and the transformation from abstraction to concrete. The overall structure and degree of freedom of excavator are introduced. The calculation of the telescopic design of the end of the excavator is carried out and the three-dimensional modeling by Solidworks software is carried out. Out of the overall effect and function of the realization of good, with a wide range of applications.
