一、企业高层次人才的定位和分类 “高层次人才”是指处于人才队伍“金字塔”结构顶端的那部分人才,它并非一个严格的专业概念,不同的企业,其“高层次人才”的含义与范畴可能不尽相同,但是一般说来,一个企业的高层次人才是指企业生产、经营、管理、科技等主要领域中起带头和决定作用的核心人才。企业的高层次人才大概可以分为以下几类: 1、技术应用型的高层次人才:指工作在生产、技术应用第一线的高级技术人才,如装置专家。 2、科研设计型的高层次人才:指科研开发、设计领域的高级人才,如学科带头人。
