本文设计并完成了一种经直肠三维超声成像系统。该系统主要用于前列腺的三维超声成像,通过采集经直肠二维超声图像序列来重建三维图像,并可用于前列腺的穿刺导引。系统由硬件设备和软件程序两部分组成,硬件设备包括用于固定直肠探头并进行旋转扫描的机械装置、步进电机、步进电机控制电路、二维B超成像系统,以及计算机(PC)工作站;软件程序包括控制电路的单片机程序和PC工作站的软件程序。通过水和琼脂对该系统进行了验证,试验结果表明通过该系统能够采集到目标体的三维超声图像,且精度较高。
This paper designed and completed a three-dimensional transrectal ultrasound imaging system. The system is mainly used for the three-dimensional ultrasound imaging of the prostate. Three-dimensional images of the transrectal two-dimensional ultrasound images can be reconstructed and used to guide the puncture of the prostate. The system is composed of two parts: hardware device and software program. The hardware device includes a mechanical device for fixing a rectal probe and rotating and scanning, a stepper motor, a stepper motor control circuit, a two-dimensional B-ultrasound imaging system and a computer (PC) workstation Software programs include the control circuit of the microcontroller program and PC workstation software program. The system was verified by water and agar. The experimental results show that the system can collect three-dimensional ultrasound images of the target with high accuracy.
