用老鹳草煎膏(每克含生药5g)进行体外抑菌实验。纸片法显示:甲型溶血性链球菌、肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为13mm、14mm、17mm。MIC测定法结果,对上述3种细菌的MIC分别为62.5mg/ml、62.5mg/ml和31.25mg/ml;参比SMZ-TMP的抑菌效果,说明老鹳草煎膏对甲型溶血性链球菌、肺炎双球菌中度敏感,对金黄色葡萄球菌高度敏感。此外对肺炎双球菌感染小鼠45只的疗效实验,说明老鹳草合剂对肺炎双球菌感染小鼠的抑菌作用与羟氨苄青霉素相当。并且进行了老鹳草煎膏的急性毒性试验,结果表明本品毒性很小。
In vitro bacteriostatic experiments were performed with geranium decoction (5 g per gram crude drug). The paper method showed that the diameters of the inhibition zones of A hemolytic Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Staphylococcus aureus were 13 mm, 14 mm, and 17 mm, respectively. As a result of the MIC assay, the MICs of the above three kinds of bacteria were 62.5 mg/ml, 62.5 mg/ml, and 31.25 mg/ml, respectively; the antibacterial effect of reference SMZ-TMP showed that hemorrhoids were hemolytic to hemorrhoids. Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae are moderately sensitive and highly sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, the efficacy test of 45 mice infected with pneumococcus shows that the antibacterial effect of geranium mixture on mice infected with pneumococci is equivalent to amoxycillin. In addition, acute toxicity test of the decoction decoction was performed. The results showed that the product was very toxic.
