患者,女,34岁,因连续6次妊娠流产和早产来我室进行染色体检查。 患者结婚8年,先后共妊娠6次,第一胎妊娠7个月早产,婴儿出生后数小时死亡,外观无畸形;第2、3胎孕50～70天无明显原因流产,第4、5、6三胎均6～7个月早产,婴儿出生后数小时死亡,外观均无畸形,因当地医院条件有限,均0未做婴儿染色体检查和尸体病理解剖。6次妊娠期间无药物接触史及其它疾病,一般体格检查与妇科检查未见异常。
