由于冲压设备基础存在土建工程量大,耗资高,不均匀沉降和施工误差要求严格等问题,设备基础需要进行系统的研究和设计。结合广州某重型冲压设备基础设计工程实例,介绍了设备基础的设计要点和重载地坪处理方法,确定设备基坑侧壁和底板厚度,采用设计软件对侧壁受力进行计算。结合地质条件、工艺设计和施工等因素,基础采用预应力混凝土管桩。最后对设备基础的工艺构造进行了研究和设计,为同类型冲压设备基础的设计提供借鉴。
Because of the existence of stamping equipment based civil engineering large amount of high cost, uneven settlement and construction of strict requirements and other issues, the basic equipment needs to be systematically studied and designed. Based on the case of a heavy-duty stamping equipment design project in Guangzhou, the design essentials of the equipment foundation and the handling method of heavy-duty floor are introduced. The sidewall and floor thickness of the foundation pit are determined. The design software is used to calculate the side wall stress. Combined with geological conditions, process design and construction and other factors, the basis of prestressed concrete pipe piles. At last, the research and design of process technology of equipment foundation are carried out to provide reference for the design of the same type of stamping equipment.
