常规泵或现有低浓度浆液泵用来输送纤维浆液时,可达到的最高输送质量浓度不超过6%。限制输送浓度的原因主要是泵的抽吸能力和稠纤维浆液中显著的气体含量。该文报导了一新开发研制成功的稠纤维浆液输送用离心泵的试验研究成果。该泵输送纤维浆液的质量浓度Cm可高达15%。试验表明:泵的特性在很大的程度上取决于泵的转速、内嵌真空泵的抽吸压力和泵进口抽吸空化系数。浓度对泵特性的影响只局限在Cm≥10%的范围内。
Conventional pumps or existing low-concentration slurry pumps are used to deliver fiber slurries up to 6% maximum deliverable mass concentration. The reasons for limiting the delivery concentration are mainly the pumping capacity of the pump and the significant gas content in the thick fiber slurry. This paper reports the research and development of a newly developed centrifugal pump for conveying thick fiber slurry. The pump delivers a mass concentration Cm of fiber pulp up to 15%. The tests show that the pump characteristics depend to a large extent on the pump speed, the suction pressure of the in-line vacuum pump and the suction cavitation coefficient of the pump inlet. The effect of concentration on pump characteristics is limited to the range of Cm ≥ 10%.
