目的 :研究观察胃癌癌变过程各阶段人群机体氧化 /抗氧化指标变化为胃癌的病因学研究提供客观的实验室依据及理论依据。方法 :应用亚硝酸盐法、硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)荧光法分别测定了胃癌癌变过程各阶段人群的血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化脂质 (L PO)含量指标并观察其变化。结果 :随着胃粘膜上皮细胞病变的进程 ,1在胃癌癌变过程中随着病情的发展、机体活性 Cu Zn SOD呈逐渐下降趋势 ,经方差分析五组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,2在胃癌癌变过程中随着病情的发展、机体血清 L PO含量呈明显升高趋势 ,尤以癌症组为甚 ,经方差分析五组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :胃癌的发生发展与机体氧化 /抗氧化状态的失衡有密切联系 ,表现为机体氧化应激损伤的亢奋状态和抗氧化能力的减弱
Objective: To observe the change of oxidation/antioxidation index in various stages of gastric carcinogenesis and to provide objective laboratory evidence and theoretical basis for the etiological study of gastric cancer.
