目的评价CT血管成像技术在肺动脉栓塞诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法选取北京石景山医院2008年10月至2010年5月期间临床怀疑为肺动脉栓塞或肺动脉栓塞治疗后疗效评价的患者28例,所有患者均行64排肺动脉血管成像,应用容积重现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)等多种后处理技术对所得图像进行分析,结合临床资料对所得资料进行评价。结果28例患者中22例患者为临床首次怀疑肺栓塞患者,其中14例经CTA检查确诊与临床检查结果一致;8例患者检查结果阴性。6例患者为肺栓塞治疗后疗效评价。所有患者肺动脉显示良好,均做出准确诊断。结论64排CT可以直观、明确的得到肺动脉血管成像,为临床提供确诊及疗效评价的依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism. Methods Twenty-eight patients with clinical suspicion of pulmonary embolism or pulmonary embolism in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from October 2008 to May 2010 were selected. All patients underwent pulmonary angiography with 64 pulmonary vasculature, Multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR) and maximum density projection (MIP) and other post-processing techniques to analyze the resulting images, combined with clinical data to evaluate the data obtained. Results Twenty-two of the 28 patients were the first clinical suspects of pulmonary embolism. Among them, 14 were confirmed by CTA and the results of clinical examination were consistent. The findings of 8 patients were negative. Six patients were evaluated after treatment of pulmonary embolism. All patients showed good pulmonary artery, both to make accurate diagnosis. Conclusion 64-slice CT can be directly and clearly obtained pulmonary arterial imaging for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the basis.
