以α－氯代膦酸酯与４－（苯并噻唑－２－氧代）苯酚为原料合成了标题化合物。其结构经ＩＲ￣１，ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ及元素分析得到确证。
The title compound was synthesized starting from α-chlorophosphonate and 4- (benzothiazole-2-oxo) phenol. The structure was confirmed by IR ~ 1, HNMR, MS and elemental analysis.
