目的:探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与中耳功能的相关性。方法:回顾性分析72例144耳OSAHS患儿的PSG和声导抗检查结果。结果:72例144耳OSAHS患儿中鼓室导抗图异常37耳,鼓室导抗图类型与最低血氧饱和度间无明显相关性,与AHI指数间存在一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:除腺样体、扁桃体肥大引起咽鼓管、中耳功能障碍,还应注意OSAHS患儿长期缺氧可能导致的中耳功能损伤,尤其是中、重度OSAHS患儿应常规行声导抗测试。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between childhood obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and middle ear function. Methods: The results of PSG and acoustic impedance were retrospectively analyzed in 72 patients with 144 OSAHS. Results: Tympanogram was abnormal in 37 ears of OSAHS in 72 ears. There was no significant correlation between tympanogram and minimum oxygen saturation (P <0.05). Conclusion: In addition to adenoid, tonsil hypertrophy eustachian tube, middle ear dysfunction, should also pay attention to OSAHS children with long-term hypoxia may lead to middle ear damage, especially in children with moderate and severe OSAHS should be guided by acoustic test.
