如果镍基填充金属焊接能突破材料性能和使用条件的局限,焊缝将具有更好的性能和更长的寿命。镍基填充金属具有许多独特的性能,使它们成为异种钢焊接时理想的选择。采用镍基填充金属焊接异种钢时最大的困难在于镍基填充金属的焊接性、冶金适应性和稀释极限,以及异种钢接头的物理特性和使用条件等。如果所有这些局限都能充分解决,异种钢接头就能获得出色的焊缝性能和较长的使用寿命。
If nickel-based filler metal welding can break through the material properties and the limitations of the use of conditions, the weld will have better performance and longer life expectancy. Nickel-based filler metals have many unique properties that make them ideal for dissimilar steel welding. Nickel-based filler metal welding dissimilar steel biggest difficulty lies in the nickel-based filler metal weldability, metallurgical adaptability and dilution limit, as well as the dissimilar steel joints of the physical characteristics and conditions of use. If all these limitations can be fully solved, the heterogeneous steel joints can get excellent weld performance and long service life.
