本文对14只猫夹闭右侧大脑中动脉进行SEP动态监测,发现夹闭10~15min即可见右侧SEP潜伏期的延长和波幅的下降,其中4只猫SEP在夹闭后1h消失且在以后的观察中无恢复。实验证明,SEP是研究实验性脑缺血有效而可靠的手段。SEP波幅的降低是神经元缺血开始的敏感指标,潜伏期的延长与缺血的程度与深度有关。
In this paper, SEP dynamic monitoring was performed on the right middle cerebral artery of 14 cats. It was found that the latency and amplitude of SEP on the right side can be prolonged after 10-15 minutes of clipping, of which 4 SEP disappeared 1 h after clipping, No recovery in the observation. Experiments show that SEP is an effective and reliable means of studying experimental cerebral ischemia. The decrease of SEP amplitude is a sensitive indicator of the onset of neuronal ischemia. The prolongation of latency is related to the degree and depth of ischemia.
