The immunocyclic method was used to observe the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 49 chronic hepatitis patients and found that the ratio of T3 +, T4 +, T4 + / T8 + was significantly lower in patients with chronic hepatitis than in normal people (P <0.01) (P <001). The ratios of T3 +, T4 + and T4 + / T8 + of CAH-B and CPH-B were also significantly lower than those of normal subjects (P <005) (P <005), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 005). There was imbalance and dysfunction of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CAH-H, CPH-B)
