计量是国民经济的一项重要技术基础,历史悠久。在我国古代,计量的主要器具是尺、斗、秤,称为度量衡。秦始皇曾以当时最高法律的形式统一了全国的度量衡。随着经济的发展,计量文化也随之不断演进,如何顺应时代发展需要,开展一系列富有质监计量特色的文化创建活动,已经成为计量技术机构不断思索、实践的新课题。下面仅就我所开展计量文化创建工作作简要介绍:一、树品牌标识,构建核心文化体系进入新世纪,我所高度重视单位文化建设,把培育、总结、提升单位文化作为一项重要工作来抓,通过组织全员参加讨论,确立了“科技创新、服务满意永无止境”的“苏州计量”品牌标识(见图1)。
Measurement is an important technical basis of the national economy and has a long history. In ancient China, the main instrument of measurement was ruler, bucket, scale, which was called measure. The First Emperor of Qin once unified the national weights and measures in the form of the supreme law of the day. With the development of economy, the measurement culture also evolves. How to adapt to the needs of the development of the times and carry out a series of cultural creation activities with high quality and quantity, has become a new topic that the measurement technology institute constantly ponders and practices. The following is a brief introduction of the measurement culture creation work that I carry out only: First, the brand identification of the tree, building the core culture system In the new century, I attach great importance to the cultural construction of the unit and regard cultivating, summarizing and enhancing the unit culture as an important task By organizing all the participants to participate in the discussion, the “Suzhou Metrology” brand identity (see Figure 1) has been established, which is “Technological Innovation, Endless Service Satisfaction”.
