以构建的柯萨奇病毒B 组3 型(CVB3)VP1 基因的真核表达重组质粒pCEP4CVB3VP1 作为候选的基因疫苗,评价其诱导小鼠产生的中和抗体反应。大量制备并提纯pCEP4CVB3VP1 DNA,用其接种BALB/C小鼠,取血清进行病毒中和试验。结果证明其可诱导小鼠机体产生特异性中和抗体,并能中和CVB3 毒力,起到基因疫苗的预防作用。
The eukaryotic expression recombinant plasmid pCEP4CVB3VP1 of Coxsackie virus B group 3 (CVB3) VP1 gene was used as a candidate gene vaccine to evaluate the neutralizing antibody response induced by mice. A large number of preparation and purification of pCEP4 CVB3VP1 DNA BALB / C mice were inoculated with it, the serum for virus neutralization test. The results show that it can induce specific neutralizing antibodies in mice and can neutralize CVB3 virulence and play a preventive role in gene vaccines.
