图1弹簧夹头是我厂2MT6027台式刀具刃磨床的附件。其内径D在φ2H7~φ12H7范围内,且d对AB基准的跳动为0.01,对于D较大者我们首先磨内孔,再用心轴定位磨削外径及锥体,精度一般能够保证;但对内径小于φ6H7时,就无法采用上述方法,原来我们采用淬火后先研内径及两端孔口倒角,然后再以两端倒角定位磨削外径和锥体的方法,这种方法虽然有时也能保证图纸要求,但很不稳定。
