The most disappointing thing is Japan, Prime Minister Nakasone’s vanguard, to emphasize that more than 40 billion U.S. dollars should be adopted to expand domestic demand and escaped the criticisms Japan must make from other countries. The most frustrated in my heart is undoubtedly the United States. President Reagan was so infamously prejudiced in the country as a result of his clumsy practices in Iran and Nicaragua that he was criticized, and his influence on the other six heads of government was greatly diminished.
