人是万物之灵“以人为本”的教育理念,是素质教育的全部内容。“人本”思想,无论是从人性的角度,还是人本的角度,都深刻的挖掘了人类的内心灵魂,是一把衡量人性深度与宽度的标尺。但是,如今的高等教育模式,依旧受到传统思想的束缚,无法形成切实有效的教育方法、教育理论。而人本思想的提出,就从根本上,改变了这种的现状。本文从“以人为本”的涵义出发,探究了在中职学校班级管理中,人本思想的引入方法,并从领导角度、教师角度、学生角度等不同视角,做出了具体分析。
