本文首先选用5名健康志愿者间隔两周分别进行1g和2g头孢曲松(又名菌必治)单剂量静脉滴注的药代动力学研究,继而对21例应用头孢曲松治疗的病人进行血药浓度监测和临床观察,2g,qd组13人,1g,bid组 8人。实验结果表明:头孢曲松在体内的分布符合二室模型,(1)健康志愿者单剂量静脉滴注的药代动力学参数与文献基本一致;(2)肾功能对头孢曲松的药代动力学特性影响较大;(3)两个剂量组的疗效无明显差异;(4)2g,qd对于保证用药的及时准确、减轻病人的痛苦是有益的。
In this study, we first selected five healthy volunteers to study the pharmacokinetics of single dose intravenous infusion of 1 g and 2 g of ceftriaxone (also known as Bacillus Subtilis) two weeks apart, followed by 21 patients treated with ceftriaxone Blood concentration monitoring and clinical observation, 2g, qd group of 13 people, 1g, bid group of 8 people.
