日本双棘长蠹Sinoxylon japonicum在天津等地区是一种重要的园林蛀干害虫。本研究采用寄主枝条浸渍喂养法研究了不同条件下球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana与绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae对日本双棘长蠹的致病力。主要结果为:当连续喂养11 d时,在28℃RH80%条件下球孢白僵菌对日本双棘长蠹的侵染效果最好,校正死亡率为88.33%,LT50为5.70 d;而绿僵菌在25℃RH90%条件下的侵染效果最好,校正死亡率为78.33%,LT50为7.27 d。当实验浓度为1×1011分生孢子/mL时,球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌的校正死亡率分别为95%和85%;实验浓度为1×109分生孢子/mL时,球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌的僵虫率分别为43.33%和38.33%。室内实验结果表明球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌具有防治日本双棘长蠹的潜力。
Sinoxylon japonicum is an important garden borer insect pest in Tianjin and other areas. In this study, the host branch immersion feeding method was used to study the virulence of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae against Beauveria japonica under different conditions. The main results were as follows: Beauveria bassiana infested Beauveria japonica under the conditions of 28 ℃ and RH80%, the corrected mortality was 88.33%, LT50 was 5.70 d, while the green Under the conditions of 25 ℃ RH90%, the infection of Stibishon was the best, with the corrected mortality of 78.33% and the LT50 of 7.27 d. The calibration mortality of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae was 95% and 85%, respectively, when the test concentration was 1 × 1011 conidia / mL. When the test concentration was 1 × 109 conidia / mL, Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae rates were 43.33% and 38.33%, respectively. Laboratory experiments showed that Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae had the potential of controlling Beauveria japonica.
