以人为本的学校管理模式是现代教育发展的必然产物,也是新课程改革的要求。本文从“以人为本”学校管理的内涵,其模式的特征,实践探索与实施,对校长的要求四个方面,结合我校的实际情况进行阐述,以探寻“以人为本”学校管理模式的一般规律,总结经验,以指导今后工作。
People-oriented school management model is the inevitable product of the development of modern education, but also the requirements of the new curriculum reform. This article elaborates the connotation of “people-oriented” school management, the characteristics of its mode, the exploration and implementation of practice, the requirements of principals, and the actual conditions of our school in order to explore the “people-oriented” school management model General rules, lessons learned, to guide future work.
