人力资源管理越来越成为企业建立竞争优势的有效途径,关系到企业的生存与长远的发展。一个企业人力资源管理的价值,就在于采用合适的管理模式、管理方法和措施。本文根据价值链理论和链式管理理论,提出了人力资源链式管理的概念和模式。通过对人力资源链式管理模式与传统人力资源管理模式的比较,提出了人力资源链式管理的实施对策。
Human resource management has become an effective way for enterprises to establish their competitive advantage more and more, which is related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises. The value of an enterprise’s human resources management lies in adopting appropriate management models and management methods and measures. Based on the value chain theory and chain management theory, this paper puts forward the concept and mode of human resource chain management. Through the comparison of human resource chain management mode and traditional human resource management mode, this paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of human resource chain management.
