本文报道了中药口服固体剂型体外释放性能与体内吸收的相关性。应用分光光度法以黄酮类化合物为指标,对黄芩蜜丸、水泛丸、胶囊丸的体外释放及体内吸收进行了实验。结果水丸的释放明显地慢于胶囊和蜜丸;但三种剂型体内试验24小时累积尿药排出量,无显著差异。所以固体剂型释放性能并不影响其体内吸收。至于其它中药体外释放与体内吸收的相关性,有待进一步研究。
This article reports the correlation between in vitro release performance and in vivo absorption of oral Chinese solid dosage forms. Spectrophotometry was used to test the in vitro release and absorption of Huangqi Mi Pill, Shui Pan Pill, capsule pill with flavonoids. Results The release of water pellets was significantly slower than that of capsules and honeyed pills; however, there was no significant difference in cumulative urinary excretion of the three dosage forms in vivo for 24 hours. Therefore, the release properties of solid dosage forms do not affect their absorption in vivo. As for the correlation between in vitro release and in vivo absorption of other Chinese medicines, further study is needed.
