以对外输出3股冷量的复叠制冷系统为例,提出了一种基于T-H图的节能设计方法。通过对传统工艺的T-H图分析,提出了改进的设计思路:采用回热冷物流的显热为制冷剂的冷却提供冷量,同时又引入循环水,这样可显著减少换热温差,使T-H图中冷热物流匹配更为合理。进一步分析可知,新的设计实际上就是求解包含9个变量方程组。对按新方法设计的制冷系统进行了模拟分析,绘出了T-H图,发现其中的冷热物流组合曲线的确呈“平行”状匹配,与传统工艺相比节能约16%。
Taking the cascade refrigeration system with 3 cold outputs as an example, an energy saving design method based on T-H graph is proposed. Through the analysis of the TH diagram of the traditional process, an improved design idea is put forward: using the sensible heat of the regenerative cold flow to provide cooling capacity for the cooling of the refrigerant and introducing the circulating water at the same time, the TH In the hot and cold logistics match more reasonable. Further analysis shows that the new design is actually solving a system of equations containing nine variables. The refrigeration system designed according to the new method was simulated and the T-H map was plotted. It was found that the hot and cold logistic combination curve was indeed “parallel” matching, saving about 16% compared with the traditional process.
