热区防护服热湿舒适性人体功效评价

基于服装热湿舒适性能,在人工气候舱内模拟辐射环境,评价穿着热区防护服作业时人体的生理变化情况和着装感受.通过人工气候舱人体着穿实验,从耳膜温度、心率、皮肤表面温度、衣下微环境相对湿度以及人体主观感觉5个方面,对比站立和行走2个阶段中穿着具热区防护服装时人体的生理变化情况和着装感受.穿着防护服进行站立和行走时,耳膜温度均为36.24℃,心率处于85~108 bpm范围,处于人体正常生理范围内;8个部位衣下微环境相对湿度在运动过程中变化平缓,与实验环境相对湿度保持一致;人体主观热感觉、湿感觉、闷感觉不明显,舒适感觉良好.在太阳辐射环境下,穿着热区防护服进行站立和行走,人体的生理变化正常,着装舒适感良好.

机织物的透气性作为服装舒适性最重要的指标之一,受到业界广泛关注,本文分析了机织物透气性与织造工艺参数的关系.为了探讨后梁工艺对织物透气率的影响,采用相同规格的机织物在不同后梁高度下进行织造,并测试坯布透气率;分析了透气率与机织物表面结构、后梁高度的关系,得到了坯布透气率与后梁高度之间的回归方程.结果 表明:机织物坯布的透气性与机织物织造时的后梁高度呈正相关,采用合适的后整理工艺,调节后梁高度带来的透气率改善效果可以体现在成品面料上.
