当前,国家提倡文艺工作要强化以人民为中心的创作导向,因此,高校艺术专业人才培养则要加强学生常在基层、常下基层的思想教育和价值观引导。文章以北京体育大学表演专业现行培养方案为例,探讨方案的执行效果。该方案意在为社会培养一批舞蹈表演、教学、训练及编排工作的复合型人才,但是,作为实践教学组成部分的社会实践、创新实践的教学组织和学分评定对整个教学效果的提升还有潜力可挖掘。其中,每学期实践教学1学分制对于提高实践教学的效果具有重要参考意义。
